PCT understands the production loss which comes with shutdowns, component failure or even maintenance. PCT has then come up with a "COURTESY" positioner for instances where a client has brought in their old positioner for service. The courtesy positioner then replaces the old positioner until it is returned to the site/plant. This eliminates production downtime and shows commitment from PCT towards it customers.

PCT has 24/7 emergency response for any support needed by the customer. This can either be an urgent order of positioners, technical support on the operation of the positioner or even a call out to the PCT maintenance staff to come through. Our positioners are locally manufactured, which means we always have stock for any component of the positioner as ex-stock.

Our positioners can be interchanged from a pneumatic signal to an electro-pneumatic signal. The mounting system fits on almost every mounting system in the world as we use the NAMUR and ISO adaptor. We also have an Analog Feedback Module, which mounts on the positioner to send feedback to the control room. Instead of buying a completely new positioner, the customer can just change all these components to suit their needs.

Our positioners are used on both the linear and rotary motion, long and short strokes. The design of the body is robust such that one can stand on top of it without braking. Under normal environments, we coat them with Epoxy and Xylan under hazardous acidic environments. The combination of the robust design and acid-proof coating makes our positioners versatile for any application and any environment.

Using a positioner in a plant gives full control of the plant and also increases the efficiency of the plant. In the old days operators would manually open and close the valve which was not efficient at all due to human error. With a positioner on site, the operator sends a specific signal and the positioner will open the valve proportional to the input signal.

PCT has the capability to brand positioners as per the customer's colour and logo. This helps to increase the presence of the customer on-site in that whenever a positioner is needed; they can always call our customer who then will come to us for more positioners.
